Job Description: Digital Transformation Leader – TSLU F&ABrief Job DescriptionThe role involves driving strategic business transformation initiatives within Finance & Accounting (F&A) functions for TSLU clients. The candidate will lead digital interventions leveraging AI, hyperautomation, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes for global clients. The role also includes supporting new client RFPs by crafting and defending transformation-led value propositions.Key Accountabilities- Lead and execute strategic transformation roadmaps for TSLU client accounts, focusing on F&A operations- Drive client engagement and lead communication across stakeholder levels- Represent the transformation function in client reviews, steering meetings, and workshops- Provide support for RFP responses and lead solution defense presentations- Establish goal-setting frameworks for transformation teams and facilitate structured performance reviews- Implement a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement for the team through formal appraisal mechanisms- Promote and drive best practice sharing across client accounts and internal teamsJob Responsibilities- Identify and execute improvement opportunities in internal processes and client environments- Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives — from discovery and design to implementation and transition- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hyperautomation, intelligent automation, analytics, and AI-based solutions- Ensure effective handover of improved processes to operations - Act as a transformation mentor by transferring knowledge and skills to teams through structured learning interventionsRequirements- Robust experience in F&A transformation, with a strong understanding of processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A- Proven track record of leading transformation or consulting engagements in a global delivery model- Experience in working with automation platforms (RPA/BPM) and understanding of ERP systems- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills- Ability to independently drive client workshops, solution pitches, and digital value realizationPreferred Qualifications- Prior experience in AI deployment within F&A or TSlU use cases- Exposure to hyperautomation, analytics, and other digital enablers- Lean Six Sigma certification or background in structured problem solvingWhat We Offer- Opportunity to lead transformation programs for global clients in a fast-evolving digital landscape- Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture- Learning and development programs to expand domain, digital, and leadership capabilities
