Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Process Training to design, implement, and enhance training strategies within the Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain. The role will focus on delivering high-impact training programs, improving new hire readiness, and driving continuous learning initiatives aligned with business goals.• Facilitate the new hire training (pre-process & process)• Own and foster positive partnership experiences with key stakeholders.• AM training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving new hire training experience• Work with different teams and colleagues to continuously iterate the training program for maximum efficacy and impact as the data evolves• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the program's current tools, processes. Help build new workflows to scale the program• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs• Responsible for refreshers and any ad hoc training requests• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

Qualifications

Experience:Minimum 7+ years of overall experienceAt least 2 years as a Trainer / Training LeadExperience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain (must)Domain Knowledge:Strong understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, or IB operationsSkills & Competencies:Strong facilitation skills (virtual & classroom training)Excellent analytical and training management skillsExpertise in MIS reporting and data analysisProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
