Job Description
• Prior experience of Travel, TMC preferred and Ticketing • Strong GDS functional knowledge • Ability to deliver high levels of quality • Client Management - Responding to client queries/escalations on time with accuracy. • Manage operational governance - SLA, Quality, Reports, Adhoc task etc. • The ideal candidate must be willing to work nights.
Qualifications
GraduateIATA/ Travel Diploma preferred
