Job Description
ROLE OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE
1) Implement and use the designed sampling process.
2) To perform transactional quality in the given TAT.
3) Monitor process quality check audits
4) Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance
5) Assist the Operations team in the customer compliant & resolution process for the team.
6) Develop and maintain Client and internal stakeholder relationship
7) Drive best practice/idea sharing
8) Preparation of Quality Standard Documentation for the process and update it on a regular basis with regards to any changes
9) Conducting effective Quality sessions to enhance quality
10) Support in YB or GB projects
11) Highlight any potential risk or exceptions in the process.
12) Leading client calls.

• Teamwork
• Good communication flow with Ops stakeholders.
Process Related:
• Perform Quality checks for the number of samples agreed with agreed TAT
• Timely resolution of client queries
• Highlight any key exceptions or severe alerts
• Drive Continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance
• Attend Training as per BPET roadmap for self-development
• Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions
Job Location- Bangalore -WFO only
Shift- US shift (5:30pm to 2:30am)
