Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
• Quality Monitoring: - Assist in the monitoring of transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of transactional processes. Along with Ops Managers, conduct RCAs & define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors .Drive ‘Reduction in Customer Comebacks.
• Data Analysis: - Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
• Process Improvement: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements in transactional processes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance methodologies.
• Training Support: - Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related inquiries.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all transactional quality processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Job location: Gurgaon- WFO Only
Shifts: Rotational shifts (24*7)
Qualifications
Qualifications : -
• Any Graduate/PG/MBA.
• Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in Travel Quality Assurance or a related area.
• Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
