Job Description:

• Coordinate daily transport operations for employees, staff, or materials.
• Plan and optimize routes for cost efficiency and timely service.
• Manage transport vendors, drivers, and vehicle schedules.• Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport safety regulations.
• Maintain transport records, MIS reports, attendance, and trip data.
• Resolve transport-related issues, delays, and employee concerns.
• Coordinate emergency transportation arrangements when required.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
• Support implementation of cost-saving transport solutions and process improvements.
