Job Description
Overview Looking for an Assistant Manager – Reporting & Analytics who can independently manage reporting deliverables while also supporting process improvements and stakeholder requirements. This role is suited for a mid-level professional with hands-on expertise in data handling, reporting, and basic financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Aggregate, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for reporting purposes
• Prepare and review recurring reporting packages (Excel / PowerPoint / PDF) with accuracy and timeliness
• Support creation of presentations by consolidating inputs and ensuring clarity of insights
• Perform intermediate analysis and provide structured business commentary
• Contribute to financial reporting and basic-to-intermediate modeling tasks
• Work with systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP BPC for reporting activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and partial automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are understood and met
Required Skills
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, data manipulation, structured reporting)
• Good experience in data aggregation, reporting, and analysis
• Ability to build clear and professional PowerPoint presentations
• Working knowledge of financial concepts and reporting structures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage datasets independently
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Experience
• Hands-on exposure to financial systems such as OneStream, SAP BPC, or Hyperion
• Experience with basic automation or reporting enhancements
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an added advantage
Profile
• ~4–7 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable handling end-to-end reporting deliverables with minimal supervision
• Ability to balance execution with problem-solving and process improvement
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working under deadlines
• Strong ownership mindset with a collaborative approach
