Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager to support global operations as an offshore delivery hub across key functional areas including Client Onboarding & Maintenance, Trade & Investment Operations, Post-Trade Operations, Payments & Banking Operations, and Regulatory, Risk & Compliance.The role requires strong domain expertise, stakeholder management capability, and leadership experience to ensure high-quality service delivery, process efficiency, and regulatory adherence.Relevant experience in at least 3 of the 5 functions is expected1. Client Onboarding & Maintenance2. Trade & Investment Operations3. Post-Trade Operations4. Payments & Banking Operations5. Regulatory, Risk & Compliance in Capital Markets context Leadership & Stakeholder Management• Lead and mentor offshore teams to ensure high performance and productivity• Act as a key liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery teams• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency• Ensure SLA adherence and delivery of high-quality outcomes________________________________________Required Qualifications & Experience• 12+ years of overall experience in Banking / Financial Services Operations with focus on Capital Markets / Asset Management/ Investment Operations• Expertise in domains such as Onboarding, Trade, Payments, Compliance • Proven experience in managing offshore / shared services operations• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-border teams________________________________________Key Skills & Competencies• Strong leadership and team management skills• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities• Strong understanding of operational risk and controls• Process improvement and automation mindset• High attention to detail and quality focus

Qualifications
