Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Preparing and posting journal entries in the General Ledger
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting fixed assets, intercompany, and accruals processes
- Preparing financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Executing other standard RTR processes as needed, acting as back up
Qualifications
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience in transition projects- would be an asset
- Advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Availability to work on-site in Gdynia 4 days per week. After 2–3 months, transition to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.
