Job Description
Able to handle real-time monitoring tasks across multiple sites simultaneously
Gather, validate, and analyze workforce data using various tools and analytical techniques
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee performance, productivity, and staffing requirements
Track and monitor key workforce metrics to measure performance against established targets and SLAs
Perform real-time analysis to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Update, maintain, and publish monthly workforce schedules to ensure optimal staffing and coverage
Conduct root cause analysis of workforce-related issues and recommend data-driven solutions
Provide actionable insights and reports to management to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Qualifications
College Graduate
At least 2 years WFM experience
