Job Description

We are hiring a Front-End Developer with strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and XML who is interested in building large-scale customer communication solutions. This role offers the chance to work on enterprise platforms and gain expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools like Scriptura/SmartCOMM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic, data-driven templates using HTML, JavaScript, and XML
  • Build personalized, multi-channel customer communications (PDF, email, web)
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Implement data transformations using XML/XPath
  • Integrate with backend systems (APIs, CRM, billing systems)
  • Troubleshoot and optimize document generation performance
  • Ensure adherence to branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards

Required Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in front-end development
  • Strong in JavaScript, HTML/CSS
  • Hands-on experience with XML and XPath
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience with APIs and version control (Git)

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to CCM tools (Scriptura, SmartCOMM, etc.)
  • Experience in document generation or related platforms
