Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Associate - Operations to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our operational processes, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance to senior management
- Manage and execute operational projects from inception to completion
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative operational strategies
- Support the development and training of junior team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of operations management principles and process improvement methodologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and openness to organizational changes
- Familiarity with lean management or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred
