• Build SOPs for asset management policies, procedures and processes.• Cloud subscription license management for Microsoft O365, Microsoft Visual studio, GitHub, Adobe etc.• Microsoft Azure/AWS could cost management.• Understand and up to date with technology concepts related to software licensing including – SaaS, Cloud, Hardware platform, workstation and server etc.• Develop and implement IT asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective tracking, utilization, and optimization of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and legal, to establish effective asset management processes and workflows.• Conduct physical inventories of IT assets and Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of inventory data.• Opex and Capex budget forecast• Analyze purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues.• Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget.• Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements.• Collaborate with other members of the IT team, including training and coaching.• Conducting the Server Software License Review [SLR] on a yearly basis to check the current utilization of software licenses and figure out the gaps if any.
