Profile for Deputy Manager – Marketing & Communications The WNS global marketing team consists of 100+ professionals specializing across a wide range of skillsets, including messaging & positioning, planning, campaign & event management, digital marketing, research, lead generation and communications. We’re looking for a strategic content leader – someone who can think like a marketer, write like a storyteller, and connect business ambition to creative expression. As Deputy Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of brand, business and storytelling, shaping how we communicate our value to clients, prospects and industry audiences.
This is not just a writing role. It’s a strategic function that calls for a deep understanding of positioning, tone and audience psychology – to create content that not only informs but inspires action and builds business credibility.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Content Creation
• Partner with marketing and business leaders to translate business strategy into powerful messaging across events, campaigns and client engagements
• Develop content for events — from booth messaging and standees to tent cards — that articulate differentiated value and drive on-ground engagement
• Create persuasive sales collaterals (flyers, brochures, presentations) that strengthen the narrative from pitch to conversion Digital Storytelling & Brand Voice
• Craft website and landing page content that communicates our capabilities, thought leadership, and innovation agenda with clarity and impact
• Script videos that bring business stories to life through compelling narratives that balance insight, emotion and brand tonality
• Drive engaging and insight-led social media content, including brand and ABM campaigns, that enhance digital presence and reinforce brand positioning Content Strategy & Governance
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging pillars and positioning
• Bring structure and strategic intent to content planning, ensuring consistency across channels, campaigns and audiences
• Collaborate closely with design, digital and campaign teams to deliver integrated marketing outputs that are on-brand and outcome-driven What We’re Looking For
• 10–12 years of experience in B2B marketing communications or content strategy, preferably in IT, consulting or professional services
• A strategic mindset – able to move seamlessly between conceptual thinking and executional excellence
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex business narratives into clear, persuasive messaging
• Experience creating multi-format content — print, digital and video
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
