Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies (GenAI, AgenticAI, automation, self-service, etc.) to enhance CX capabilities Lead the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing / new systems Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to ensure successful technology deployments.
