Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Presales Solutions Consultant to support our sales team in the Hi-Tech sector. This role involves understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and demonstrating how our technology can solve complex business challenges across software, hardware, and digital transformation domains
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and design scalable, innovative solutions.
- Create and present tailored demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and proposals
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand client pain points and business goals.
- Present solutions that align with client KPIs, SLAs, and transformation objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on outsourcing strategy and digital enablement.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Integrate emerging technologies (e.g., conversational AI, intelligent document processing, analytics) into BPO offerings.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
- Collaboration & Enablement:
- Work closely with cross functional teams and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and contribute to solution documentation.
- Market & Industry Intelligence
- Stay updated on trends in high-tech outsourcing, including cloud-native operations, platform BPO, and customer experience transformation.
- Benchmark solutions against industry standards and competitors.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to vertical-specific BPO operations
- Experience in designing platform-led solutions and outcome-based pricing models
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting in the Hi-Tech domain.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
