🧭 About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimization, and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting procurement best practices that align with organizational goals.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead procurement consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation.
- Analyze client procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct supplier market research, RFP/RFI development, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
- Provide insights on category management, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
- Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures, and governance models.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.
Qualifications
💼Required and 📌Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain consulting.
- Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices, and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Consulting experience required.
Additional Information
💵 Compensation Disclosure
The base salary range for this position is $80K to $115K annually. This range reflects the base pay that we reasonably expect to offer for the role across our hiring locations.
Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:
- Geographic location (state and city of residence)
- Overall professional experience
- Directly relevant experience
- Education and certifications
- Industry knowledge and expertise
- Skills and competencies
In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, or incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.
