Job Description
• Seamless delivery on agreed Service Levels and contractual deliverables on key business metrics • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.• Lead, Review and allocate performance targets• Monitoring the Performance of the team daily and ensuring we met the set KPI and targets• Review productivity / error trend analysis. Decide and action implement steps• Implement best practice compilation and sharing• Drive process efficiencies and improvements with an intent to reduce indemnity spend and claims lifecycle and increase customer experience• Strong leader with a high degree of Coaching and mentoring skills • Customer centricity and interpersonal and networking skills.• Motivate the team to ensure team retention• Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is a mandate.15 years or more experience in UK Motor insurance operations.
