Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operating Leader to oversee our Healthcare business operations in Philippines. This pivotal P&L role is responsible for ensuring exceptional delivery and effective stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned BPM leader with over 15 years of experience in the US healthcare sector, encompassing payor, provider, and third-party business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage healthcare business operations across multiple geographies, including India, Costa Rica, Romania, and the Philippines.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Provide leadership to diverse and complex business processes, ensuring operational excellence to achieve client SLA deliverables.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Formulate and achieve vertical-based goals in alignment with corporate vision, mission, and objectives.
• Ensure strategy, structure, staffing, skills, style, and processes are synergistic with the vertical’s objectives.
• Track business and people metrics, troubleshoot issues, manage and develop teams, and lead client interactions on behalf of the business unit.
• Facilitate alignment of operating units to agreed-upon service standards.
• Participate in team building across levels with a vision of strong customer orientation.
• Provide inputs to HQ on diversification and expansion projects for the vertical and their implementation.
• Collaborate with the Business Development/Sales team on new products/services, market opportunities, and alliance partners to further business growth.
• Manage the profit and loss account of the vertical as a separate entity.
• Grow the business and profitability as per Key Result Areas (KRA), ensuring consistent and profitable growth of the organization. Qualifications:
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, with a strong background in both payor and provider sectors, as well as third-party business.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations with a span of control exceeding 6,000 FTEs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.
• Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
