Job Description

1. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

2. Manage and maintain desktop infrastructure, including hardware, software, and peripherals.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

4. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards

.5. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.

6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.

7. Manage and coordinate desktop-related projects and initiatives.

8. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in desktop management.

Qualifications

Graduate.
