Process :- FP&ASub - processes in Scope :-1. Preparation of Monthly Financials2. Preparation of Cashflow reports3. Preparation of Net Debt schedule4. Analyse variances and provide commentaryEvaluation Parameters:- Deputy Manager - OperationsTotal Work Experience (in years) :- 5 yearsEducational Qualification :- Finance Degree / Professional QualificationDomain Experience:-1. 5 years of experience in accounting / GL, budget forecasting2. Working knowledge on ERP platform3. Good knowledge of Ms. Office suite.4. Good accounting knowledge5. Should be able to use business communication6. Stakeholders and customer management experience is mandatory7. Needs to be data oriented with Analytical skills8. Presentation Skills9. Ability to identify process improvement opportunitiesRoles and Responsibilities:-1. Manage SLA's2. Quality of process3. Meet customer requirements, manage governance with clients and internal managements4. Manage transformation projects Process related1. Able to understand the business impact in preparation of Monthly MI, analysing variances2. Maintain accuracy/quality of MI outputs3. Weekly and Monthly reporting of SLAs4. Monitor and ensure 100% utilization of resources through productivity report, time management tool5.
