Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational Parameters
- To move between leadership role and team member role as required
- Actively drive Brainwave activities
- To ensure appropriate and timely escalations to immediate superiors
- Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements.
- Handle escalations.
- Provide inputs on process and system to the team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
- Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions
- Conduct team huddles.
- Ensure that Regulatory and compliance defects are zero or tend to zero.
- Establish peer-to-peer relationships with the onshore business.
- Ensure complete, transparent and frequent communication with the business.
- Adhere to the communication plan and rigor as agreed with the business.
- Ensure on time logins and schedule adherence.
- Work on Internal and External stakeholder reporting.
New Hire Orientation and Team Connect
- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame.
- To coach and provide feedback to consultants who are not meeting their targets or meeting the threshold
- To help consultants to resolve queries and provide floor support. To identify process Gaps and suggest improvement measures.
- Help new Joiners in their Nesting Phase and be a backup for supervisors in their absence.
- Will lead and support Six Sigma projects to improve process performance on a consistent basis.
- Encourage others on the team to identify barriers to team functioning and suggest remedies.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream with more than 2 years of overall experience.
- Prior exposure in Insurance & Motor Claims Lodgments in Australian/New Zealand domain would be desirable.
- Current designation should be an Assistant Manager/Team Leader
