Job Description

The Contract Associate role involves analyzing the contractual terms, identifying the risks and highlighting them, communicating with business requesters to close any data gaps, ensure payment obligations are fulfilled including the below activities:

Will support end-to-end contract management activities from transition to closure.

Coordinate with Legal to review and approve contracts

Manage expectations and adherence to SLA and KPI

Business requester relationship management skills including clear, proactive communications to effectively understanding business requirements while clearly explaining sourcing processes, policies and contractual risks.

Ability to effectively manage and communicate timelines and meet commitments

Ability to negotiate under competitive conditions both legal and commercial requirements

Qualifications

Graduate with 3-5 years of procurement experience.
