Job Description
Assistant Manager – Customer Experience and MISCustomer ExperienceManage client visits end to end –Coordinate with internal teams e.g., Facilities, Security, Traveldesk, Transport etc. to arrange end to end logistics for all client (e.g., assist with visa, hotel reservations, airport/ground transfers, meals arrangement etc.)Drafting of client visit agenda by working closely with leadership teamWork with internal teams for meeting rooms reservation, organizing staff engagement events etc.MISCollating, preparing and uploading of monthly incentives of ~250 FTEs and ensure it is within bell curve and budgetReconciliation of headcount by ensuring correct tagging of FTEs in Payroll systemOnboarding and off-boarding of staffMaintain machine inventory SkillsExcellent in MS Office suiteExperience5-7 years of experienceQualificationGraduate
