Job Description

 To effectively utilize the resources to meet customer expectations Demonstrate sound knowledge of insurance value chain Achieve SLAs by managing operations in the Insurance vertical. Demonstrate experience as a leader, with the ability to coach and develop a high performing team, aligned to customer and business goals Manage and develop innovative and pragmatic solutions with the potential to accomplish organisational objectives and elevate the customer service experience Ability to develop and drive strategy with requisite planning and detail to achieve success Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, team members, peers and support functions Demonstrate initiative in all customer interactions, both internal and external, to exceed expectationsInsurance experience is mandatory (Life & Pensions)CII certification preferredShould be Assistant Manager on role for two yeras
