We are looking for UI/UX designer with an experience of 2-3 years. The ideal candidate will help our in-house technology team in conceptualizing and designing products and client facing applications.

• Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product managers and Architects. 
• Prepare and present rough wireframes to internal teams and key stakeholders. 
• Illustrate design ideas using story boards, process flows and sitemaps. Create iterative designs that meet project objectives. 
• Create end to end mockups for desktop as well as mobile devices using industry best practices and standards. Should have eye for clean and innovative design. 
• Follow design guidelines and able to suggest enhancements. 
• Ensure responsive designs render properly across different devices and browsers. 
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. 
• Work with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design.  
• Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.  
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and meet critical deadlines. 
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders 
• Should remain up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. 
• Design fundamentals, aesthetics and formatting concepts.  
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Adobe Dreamweaver, Notepad++. 
• Proven skills on typography, alignment, color theory and icon creation. 
• Exposure on data driven dashboards and data visualizations techniques. 

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in designing web applications/portals  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar field. 
• Experience in successfully delivering projects in a variety of domains, such as retail, financial services and procurement under time/cost pressures.  
• Undertaken multiple projects for in-depth understanding of business requirements and sought clarifying questions to understand them better. 
• Experience in agile methodology approach
