Job Description

This is a leadership role in Enterprise IT. This role is to head The Pre-Sales Technical team which caters to all the presales for customers across verticals in the organization.The Pre-Sales Technical team responds to RFI's, RFPs, RFS and is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on data, voice and systems technologies along with the cost of technology solution.The principal role of this team is -To deliver technology solutions with cost in stringent timelines-Data technologies include Internet, MPLS, Managed Security, IP VPN, VoIP, Citrix/VMware, Cloud/Hosting and bespoke solutions.-Voice/Telecom technologies include inbound and outbound contact centre solutions, call/screen recording, speech analytics, preview and predictive outbound dialer solutions, multimedia (email, chat), IVR/advanced IVR solutions, email management solutions-Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre sales process.Given the role demands, leader must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.Primarily engaged in a pre-sales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customer’s technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and client partners on proposal activitiesRelevant Skills/ Experience:Highly customer focused with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of what it takes to deliver 'best-in-class' in customer experienceApplication of new technology trends to drive customer experience - Autonomous Things, Augmented analytics, AI driven, Immersive experiences AR/VR, blockchain, RPA, etc.Experience in designing system and data environments Contact Center (cross channel) experience will be helpfulPresentation skills with a sales flair Strong team management skills - coaching and mentoring the team QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate - Preferably from ITAdditional informationThis Role is a combination of Excellent Solutioning approach in different Verticals and Horizontal space, good commercial sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.).
