Job Description
About the role: The principal role of the team is to manage the following activities:
Play an integral part of identifying and defining internal strategic enterprise initiatives and change management programs associated to improvement of cost metrics, governance, modernization of internal organizational digital tools and processes
Create business case to secure funding for enterprise wide initiatives
Program manage internal enterprise wide strategic programs, activities and deliver to scope, schedule and budgets
Act as a central custodian of relevant methodologies, frameworks and assets
Enterprise business intelligence, analytics and governance
Manage other central/ enterprise activities that are defined from time to time
This is a dynamic and strategic role, requiring out of the box thinking and a passion for continuous improvement, automation and optimization across different business facets (operations, transition, quality, training, finance, etc) and such should have varied, multi-dimensional experiences and skills; especially business technology knowhow
Work Experience:
At least 10+ years of experience in a BPM / BPO company, 14-16 years of total experience
In depth expertise in Program management / Transitions (mandatory), Quality projects, technology projects
Demonstrated hands on experience in driving large strategic projects
Experience in driving continuous improvement, tech projects in any capacity
Skills
Excellent program management leadership skills
Excellent communication skills (candidate will regularly need to interface with, present to and convince senior stakeholders)
Ability to work and drive work in a matrix project structure
Good knowledge of business technology, design knowhow and tech savviness
Excellent numerical skills
Self-starter, independent, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills is a must
Deep understanding of BPO business concepts – operations, transitions, quality, training, finance
Strong financial acumen; preferably should understand P&L working and concepts
Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources
Effective reporting and documentation skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team and environment
Preferred Six Sigma certification (GB or BB)
