Op3 Project Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in people management, proficiency with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, foster open dialogue, and address issues promptly to support a collaborative and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Foster a cooperative environment by encouraging collaboration and maintain proactive and open conversation with various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with Program Managers. Understanding their needs, instructions, and help in building trust and cooperation.
Excel Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH, to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain complex spreadsheets to track performance metrics and other key data.
Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Foster a cooperative environment by encouraging collaboration and sharing best practices.
Communication and Open Dialogue:
- Facilitate open communication channels to ensure that team members feel heard and valued.
- Address concerns and suggestions from vendors with transparency and responsiveness.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues promptly and fairly.
- Implement solutions to prevent recurrence and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in people management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH).
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage in open dialogue and facilitate effective communication across teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
