This role will involve working with large datasets to prepare and maintain PowerBI Dashboards and extract insights to provide analytical support to the stakeholders.You will be seen as a strong voice of influence and presenting your projects to clients, delivering insights & recommendations to senior management as well as non-technical audiences.Work Experience5 – 7 years of relevant experience as PBI developer, Advanced Analytics, PnP, MMM, consulting in CPG & FMCG Domain. • Develop a deep understanding of the data analytics process and workflow • Utilize PowerBI DAX, data modelling and basic SQL to analyze and visualize large datasets• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insight• Apply advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the data.• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI for business stakeholders• Provide technical expertise to resolve data-related issues and ensure alignment with business goals• Participate in the development of processes and scripts for optimizing data workflows and dashboard refresh and load time• Test new data models and tools, documenting results and sharing insights with the team• Manage the end-to-end data portfolio, including data acquisition, processing, and post-analysis activities• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project timelines• Analyze information, troubleshoot data-related issues and provide effective solutions on business queries on the KPIs tracked on PowerBI reports• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectivesPreferred Skills:• Proficiency in PowerBI for creating insightful visualizations and interactive reports• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting (preferred)• Ability to handle and process large datasets efficiently• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
