Job Description

• The person should have: Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation.• Must Have: Good communication skills - Articulation Knowledge of English - comprehension, spoken/written. Willingness to work in US or UK shifts, Ability to work in a team, with the team.• Administrative support: Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, organize, and coordinate meetings, and events. Should be able to guide team members on the day-to-day activities, stakeholder management, should be able to understand the ways of working of the team and propose ideas for better efficiency, Knowledge of US UK culture and MS Outlook. Ability to arrange detailed travel plans, prepare itineraries, manage travel related logistics including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.• Team management: Supervise, Mentor, and motivate a team of associates. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Manage team schedule, attendance and leave requests. Handle escalations and resolve issues within the team.• Operations management: Ensure smooth and efficient running of the process. Monitor daily operations and workflow. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.• Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions. Keep the team updated on change in the process, Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvements.• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyse performance reports. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Track and report on KPIs.• Willing to sign 18 months SLA and be from the hiring zone.
