Manage the Team hiring for WNS analytics requirements. Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients.• Sourcing and directing teams for efficient sourcing candidates by sending mails, using all sourcing channels and referencing• Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met• Preparing reports, handling complete end to end recruitment process, Database Management• Consistently achieve hiring targets.
