Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 5 Years as Business Analyst

Responsibilities

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Requirement analysis with business and technical team.
• Documentation: Preparing requirement documents (BRDs), functional design document (FDD/SRS) , writing user stories, preparation of software application mockups using tools, Preparation of Project Plan, Preparation of Requirement Traceability Matrix
• Project Communication: Communication with business stake holders for requirement understanding, change, queries closure, UAT and Hyper care support
• Project Management: Publish weekly / monthly project updates, highlight project risks to management, prepare project plan.
• Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders

• Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
• New user and ongoing user training
• User Manual documentation

Desirable:

• Advance MS Excel
• MS Project
• SQL Server select query writing

• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

• Prototype Preparation using any tool (e.g. Balsamic, Figma etc.)
