Job Description
Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 5 Years as Business Analyst
Responsibilities
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Requirement analysis with business and technical team.
- Documentation: Preparing requirement documents (BRDs), functional design document (FDD/SRS) , writing user stories, preparation of software application mockups using tools, Preparation of Project Plan, Preparation of Requirement Traceability Matrix
- Project Communication: Communication with business stake holders for requirement understanding, change, queries closure, UAT and Hyper care support
- Project Management: Publish weekly / monthly project updates, highlight project risks to management, prepare project plan.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- New user and ongoing user training
- User Manual documentation
Desirable:
- Advance MS Excel
- MS Project
- SQL Server select query writing
Qualifications
- Business Analyst Skills
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- MS Office
- Prototype Preparation using any tool (e.g. Balsamic, Figma etc.)
- MS Team
- Knowledge about Waterfall and Agile SDLC cycle
