Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, review, and administer procedures to inspect and report quality issues.

• Establish and measure KPIs to monitor all HR operations that affect quality standards.

• Maintain records of quality control reports, audit results, and statistical reviews.

• Ensure our internal HR operations meet all legal guidelines and standards.

• Participate in quality control testing and communicate parameters to the QA team.

• Review client, customer, and employee feedback to improve Quality.

• Conduct regular audits of HR processes activities to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Understanding of HR processes and experience managing similar processes for US clients

• 12-24 months of experience in an HR Process Quality role.

• Familiarity with QC standards and best practices

• Knowledge of best HR practices

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven

• Excellent reporting and good project management skills
