Key Skills - Solution Architect for HI Tech Clients + Pre Sales

Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Design

·         Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points.

·         Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to gather requirements and objectives

·         Design and propose customized solutions that address customer challenges.

·         Utilize knowledge of our products/services and industry best practices to create effective solutions

·         Commercial Acumen

 

Industry & Market Knowledge

·         Stay updated on the latest features, capabilities, and updates of our services.

·         Develop a deep understanding of competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

·         Practitioner knowledge of latest technology and tools offering in the market

 

Research Skills, Solution & Proposal Development

·         Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes.

·         Share insights and recommendations with the sales and other internal teams

·         Create detailed proposals and presentations outlining the recommended solutions.

·         Clearly communicate the benefits, ROI, and cost-effectiveness of the proposed solutions

·         Secondary research skills to understand clients unstated needs

 

People Management

·         Ability to manage Team and work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders

 

Strategy, Capability & Sales Support

·         Build new Capabilities to augment service offerings

·         Participate in building the HPS Strategy

·         Support Sales in Marketing Campaigns & Sales Operations
