• Code development invoices and general contractor applications• Prepare wire request for general contractor payment• Prepare monthly various schedule and record journals • Calculate monthly loan interest and record accruals• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare P& L flux analyses• Prepare payroll allocation for open community• Reconcile general ledger to general contract invoice before staging to Asset Management• Review intensive project cost and pre-open reports to ensure coding is capitalized or expensed• Prepare bank draws for construction projects with appropriate supports• Upload lender/board/forecast approved budget in Peoplesoft • Communicate with lenders to expedite timely funding of draws• Interact with Construction team to facilitate lien clearance as needed• Prepare wire request for escrow deposits relate to the Purchase Agreement• Participate in monthly/quarterly/annual close• Pull due diligence invoice for pre-loan approval• Provide support to auditors concerning quarterly reviews and annual audits • Take on new activities as they are assigned to the department
