Roles and responsibilities

• Heading Credit team of about 10-12+ analyst working on client delivery as well as developing in house solutions
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Credit domain
• In Depth understanding of securities across the spectrum including Investment Grade, High-Yield, Municipal and distress debt
• Oversee multiple engagements involving diverse types of client – like hedge funds, insurance companies, banks etc.
• Contribute actively in business development of existing accounts as well as new opportunities using his credit/fixed income knowledge and experience.
• Challenge yourself to continually learn and teach, mentoring others to achieve client satisfaction, be abreast of the current market developments-on business, economic and technology sides

Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of the working of financial markets, macro-economic factors influences on markets
• Experience in creating detailed financial including debt structure, liquidity analysis, writing credit reports/notes and memos, valuing securities and bonds including relative valuations based on technical indicators including, spread, duration, convexity and yield
• Expertise in managing team, conducting interviews, leading client engagements
• Experience of writing white papers, contributing to sales/business development
• Driving new business, solutions and go to market strategies
• Must be able to manage client engagements on a fully independent basis
• Should be able to play an active role in various product/process development exercises
• Should be a go to person for credit/fixed income
