Job Description

Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must adaptively diagnose, resolve and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices providedServe as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s campaignsDetect and understand the customer’s needs and objectivesHit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound callsManage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.

Qualifications
