Job Description
JOB BRIEFAll migrations / transitions at WNS are supported by a transitions team aligned under the business unit. The principle role of this team is to manage, own and act as a custodian for all transitions that take place across the length and breadth of the organization for all geographies. Transitions commence once a new project has been signed-off and ends when all processes of that project have gone live, stabilized and all client deliverables, goals and metrics have been achievedKEY EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE• Lead / manage end-to-end transitions – assume complete ownership of transition deliverables• Thorough project planning – creation of detailed transition plans, RACI, identifying interlinkages/ dependencies and key risks• Co-ordination and collaborative working with various functions – HR, training, technology, operations etc. to ensure timely execution of deliverables• Ensure key transition documents like risk log, action log, change requests, governance / review presentations, minutes of meetings etc. are maintained and shared in a timely manner• Adherence to the WNS transition framework• Timely escalation of risks/ issues/ conflicts and any other areas that need support
