Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have deep domain understanding of Commercial & Retail Banking Mortgage origination and servicing operations

She/ he will have demonstrated experience in designing and selling business transformation oriented solutions that specifically cater to the specific client need. She/ he has demonstrated experience in building relationships, creating compelling value propositions, and closing multi-million dollar deals in this industry. Her/ his past experience has created trusted relationships and a network of clients, partners, advisors and coaches that can be leveraged to initiate and develop a pipeline of deals.

What will you do

Prospect new business by conducting research to identify key decision makers and influencers within target accounts, at the C-level, as well as a level below, and Board members, who drive the organizational strategy.

Create the market: Drive business development, lead solution design, and effectively track and report on the opportunities to closure

  • Present to Customers: Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the services and solution value  
  • Close Sales: lead the sales process to a close by demonstrating a superior value proposition
  • Negotiate the Sale: Facilitate successful outcomes for both parties to optimize profit and client economics
  • Forecast Sales: Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis, tracking and reporting
  • Plan Sales Strategy: Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale
  • Optimize Internal Resources: Gathers internal support to pursue an account
  • Prioritize selling activities and follows through in a timely fashion
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of  WNS’ services through a commitment to ongoing training and engagement

Qualifications

What makes you a good fit

  • 15+ years of solution selling to Executives in the BFS market focusing on Commercial & Retail Banking Mortgage origination and servicing operations
  • Experience closing $Multi-million deals in this domain
  • Proven experience creating relationships with C-level decision makers and the Board of Directors
  • Consulting background or experience working with advisory firms
  • Exceptionally persuasive communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
