Min 6 to12 months of US Healthcare experience in back officeCash Posting experience preferredUS shift timings. Permanent WFOUnderstanding of cash posting tasks and activities to include Zero Pay and Denial Posting, Reviewing, translating, and posting Claims Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC) and Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARC) of non electronic Zero Pays, Denials and correspondence from all insurance carriers to patient claims with a high level of accuracyNon VoiceComplete the assigned task as per the business requirementTyping Speed 30WPM, Accuracy 95 percent and aboveShould follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process ManualGood Knowledge of CARC/RARC codesPosting remittance with zero cash value due to insurance carrier offset/takebackGood to have knowledge on correct posting and reconciliation of the posted amount/batchDeliver the goal and targets as per defined KPIFollow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and managerExhibit high ethical and moral standards towards colleagues and organization
