Qualifications

 Understand client compliance policies and timelines to adhere Compliance with Lloyd’s Management Minimum Standards (MS15 - Investments) Impact assessment on any new regulations and determine how to accommodate via process, system solutions, or automation.  Organization of Client Compliance related meetings (including Board Meeting) and applying automation for capturing and distributing meeting minutes and tracking actions Supports several audits and ensure the requirements of the internal, external and statutory auditor are met by the business.  Provide support on developing compliance training program (e.g., preparing documents, automating, if possible, solutions to manage and track compliance), delivering training, and manage training schedules and resource training compliance Collate presentations from members and present to Head of compliance Manage contract and statutory records and support via relevant automation by integrating with regulatory bodies or Lloyd’s applications such as BARs or DCOM. NDA coordination/management including issuance of NDAs as instructed, co-ordination of legal review and signature. Automation of NDA creation, storage, e-signature, and workflow. Support for DUA reviews and onboarding of new arrangements GDPR EEA and other applicable regulatory and audit reports/responses delivery and admin support
