Job Description
Position Overview: The Client Partner will play a pivotal role in the Insurance Business Unit client management team at WNS UK. This individual will be responsible for delivering and owning a high level of governance of insurance client relationships. The Client Partner will act in an advisory role with clients, strategizing on 'best course' actions to achieve their outsourcing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an advisor to clients, strategizing with them on the best course of action to achieve their outsourcing and business objectives.
- Drive revenue by creating and championing high-value propositions for the client.
- Engage with clients at the executive level to understand their business imperatives and gain their trust, positioning oneself as an integral part of their extended team.
- Provide business oversight of client relationships from all aspects, including the account and delivery teams.
- Assist senior management in early identification and articulation of client needs and communicate WNS views effectively to clients’ senior management.
- Manage client visits and accompany them to Indian Operation Centers as required.
- Utilize working knowledge of managing large-scale digital transformation services for clients from onshore and offshore locations, including operational management experience.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals.
- Deliver excellent presentations and negotiations, creating and delivering convincing arguments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating superior interpersonal skills and credibility with an executive-level audience.
- Manage the client relationship process and forecast with precision, displaying strong attention to detail and superior time management skills.
- Possess a solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
- Over 10 years of experience in the Insurance domain and client relationship management, with a significant period in a senior capacity, preferably in an insurance or financial services company, an offshoring company with operations in India, or a knowledge services outsourcing company.
- Proven track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to achieve challenging performance goals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments.
- Ability to manage client relationships and forecasts with precision.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong relationship-building skills.
- A solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
