Job Description
Tasks Expected:
- Exceptional customer service and fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in both Sabre and Amadeus GDS. A minimum of 5Y to 10Y experience is expected.
- Proficient and accurate with exchanges, schedule changes and refunds.
- Familiar with upfront commission (80%) and net fares (20%). Strong geographic knowledge.
- Familiar with the ARC (80%) and BSP (20%) markets regarding ticketing, exchanges, and commission application rules.
- QC all PNRs issued for the correct commission
- Shopping/Booking and Ticketing Request
- Manual Ticketing
- Exchanges
- Exchange Assistance - PQR/TST Store
- Schedule Change support Accepted and Declined
- Cancel Booking for FTC or Refund
