B2B US Healthcare voice processResponsible for making outbound calls to US insurance company to get Pre Authorization initiated for patient treatmentExtract correct information from the data provided & to call Insurance to verify medical coverage and obtain pre-cert or pre-auth if required.Responsible to provide accurate information to Insurance verbally/ via fax to get maximum authorization from the Insurance Company.Pre auth rep is supposed to collate all relevant data before call is made to Insurance. On the call provide all relevant data to initiate pre auth and then complete all documentation post the callResponsible to meeting daily productivity targets and quality targets assigned as per the current benchmarkExperience: Overall experience of 6 months – 2 years in voice-based BPO or Hospitality industry. US Healthcare domain (Payer or provider side of business) will be added advantage.

Qualification: Any Graduate (BSC Life Sciences/ B Pharma will be preferred)
