• Syndicated Loans /bilateral loans product knowledge
  • Understanding of a loan structure – bullet, amortizing, including events of Rollovers, extensions, prepayment
• Knowledge of market conventions for fixing, rates, interest calculations (i.e. Libor fixing dates, value dates, conventions)
• Settlements experiences (posting and confirming settlements – most same day, or future dated)
  • • Knowledge of key systems including T24, Murex, SWIFT, other payment systems a plus
    • Banking sector experience is required (global or regional banks preferred)
    • Products experience:
• Global Markets – CDs, Time deposits, Investment securities, and interest Rate Swaps, FX, Money Market.

CIB – Commercial real estate, syndicated and revolving credit facilities
