Job Description

Operational Parameters• Carry out period close activates to the client, undertaking tasks such as Journal Processing, Reconciliations and issue investigations.• Required to assess and validate operational processes /activities and to determine if a robotics automation solutions has fulfilled the requirements and identify new opportunities for automation. And also deal with third parties to the client.• Working with spreadsheets and ERPs.• Ensures the reliable performance of ARCS -ERP system.• Troubleshoots and resolves any technical and process related problems surrounding the ERP.• Participation in projects to gather user requirements, design, customize , test ARCS system .• Monitors reconciliation performance and maintain reliability of the system.• Coordinates new process improvements and laisse with technical teams and users. Recommends new features or changes to reconciliation workflow based on user feedback.• Ownership of allocated processes/reporting and ensuring all process/reporting deadlines are met and control adherence• Communicate any service delivery issues, deviations or potential delays in achieving deadlines, to the Team Leader• Ensure quality standards laid out are met for the processes/reporting owned• Ensure Detailed Procedure Manuals are reviewed and updated accordingly for the owned processes/reporting• Ensure information related to the processes/reporting owned are maintained in the agreed format• Ensure providing required support for FRCF and external audits• Communication should be clear and appropriate especially during the month-end period and email communication in terms of reporting• Ensure to keep immediate manager informed on any identified issues on deliverables• Ensure any adhoc request from client to be address/action on timely manner• Participation in projects to gather user requirements, design, customize , test efficient business concepts.• Monitors reconciliation performance and issue clearance.• Coordinates new process improvements ,implement best practices and liaise with technical teams and users.• Recommends new features or changes to reconciliation workflow based on user feedback.• Produce management reports to the client to understand and govern internal policies.• This specific job deliverables of a Deputy Manager - Projects vary according the client's and projects demands. This is limited to finance and accounting projects only.• Is typically required to assess and validate operational processes /activities and to determine if a robotics automation solution has fulfilled the requirements. Using metrics and project management tools to achieve the business benefits and stakeholder goals.• Also assisting with the business case planning and monitoring,• Requirements organization, Translating and simplifying solutions• communicating requirements/solutions.Customer Satisfaction• Proactively handle service delivery issues, deviations or potential delays in achieving deadlines by keeping the relevant parties informed• Meet client expectations as measured by monthly service delivery reviews [Agree, Strongly agree ratings]• Maintain good working relationship with on shore peersTransformation, Innovation and Process Improvements• Identify areas of improvement in processes owned and informing the management to obtain approval to implement change• Identifying non valuing activities to be eliminated and standardize the process• Suggest automating opportunities of the process by removing manual steps and introducing formulas or macroOperational Development and Continuous Improvement• Proactively engage with the process improvement and improve the quality of the deliverables• Continuously engaging with the team to improve the current BAU and improve the efficiency of the processes
