F&A – Solutions Architect Role

Responsible for overseeing the entire pursuit process. They ensure that all relevant stakeholders involved in the pursuit contribute responsibly and in time. Act as a liaison between the sales and the functional SPOCS to ensure most competitive and reasonable business proposal of WNS for the client. They also help manage any issue/ ad hoc ask that may arise during the pursuit process.

Pursuit Deliverables Management :

• Create and manage MS Team site.
• Prepare and release deal snapshot.
• Seek functional SPOC from the functions to be involved in a pursuit.
• Create and publish the project plan; and roles and responsibilities matrix (R&R) in conjunction with the solution lead and Sales lead.
• Seek slots in Leadership calendars for reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for sourcing responses to the questions/deliverables mapped to the other functions.
• Set up daily, weekly calls/meetings / war-room, as may be applicable, with pursuit team.
• Publish and track minutes of the meetings with actionable and timelines.
• Write / compile boilerplate/generic responses. (not dependent on solution)
• Collate all inputs incl. responses, slides, pricing inputs, etc. and conduct an initial review for completeness.
• Coordinate with graphics team for graphics alignment and for finalize the documents for submission.

Pricing :

• Assist with standard templates like Pricing Input Pack, Connectivity solution inputs, etc. based on finalized inputs received from solution architect.
• Build comparative view of Pricing inputs against the defined structure [CTC, FTE structure, connectivity solution pricing inputs, Tools pricing, etc.]
• Liaise with respective SPOCs for their respective pricing inputs to the pricing team.
• Ensure that the output is aligned to the key asks of the pursuits; and aligned to approach agreed/signed-off as a team.

Governance and Compliance :

• Ensure that the responses to an RFx are compliant with the submission guideline provided in the RFx or internally agreed by the pursuit team.
• Ensure that the action items agreed with the leadership/larger team are driven to logical closure.
• Ensure compliance with required documentation / approvals / review (by deal size) as per internal control guidelines.
• Publish daily, weekly bid status update clearly highlighting/ escalating any red flags.

• Role: - Individual Contributor / Client Facing Role.
• Good Communication / Presentation Skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point.
• Shifts: Day / UK Shifts - Monday to Friday.
