Job Description

Handling Inbound Outbound calls for the Life areaReading and interpreting images of incoming documentsAnalyze the request and identifying the correct procedure to be followed Ensure is up to date with the Product Process Systems Knowledge of the aligned Healthcare areaAccurately process the transaction within the required TAT Performance needs to be in line with the internal SLAs targets Process work using a variety of different computer applications, depending on the request, to the required standardThe role will require the majority of time spent working on a PC using a variety of computer applications due to a different scenarios so a high level of computer literacy will be neededWill need to write scenario based emails letters to customers in response to the queries/requests received from CustomersIdentifying when it is not possible to process a request, and follow the appropriate handoff procedures internally and to UK support teamsEnsuring that Compliance standards are met regarding Data Protection Focus on customer service and aim for zero complaints Proactively identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities for the process and organizationAdhere to WNS & Client specific policies and compliance regulationsBe professional and courteous and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all timesAssist and support Assistant and Deputy Managers wherever required and be part of a collaborative work environment in achieving personal and team goalsEngage in personal development
