Job Description
Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account through the Training Metrics. Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions to enhance team and operational excellence Content development & management Drive training related change management and compliance programs for the Account Work with Ops/Quality/Training Leads to determine training needs Conduct virtual/ in-person classroom training sessions. Prepare fit-for-purpose learning material. Support and mentor new hires as well as in-production front line associates Plan and schedule training sessions Design and implement training programs Track, record and present employee attendance and required performance metrics using the relevant tools. Manage attendance and retention of trainees through the session
Qualifications
• Subject matter expert in Lloyds & London Market (Re) insurance • Graduate / Post Graduate• Overall work experience of minimum 7 yrs. & experience with London Market Insurance Clients for minimum 2+ years (mandatory)• Experience in training delivery • Knowledge & experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology • Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mind set and adapts to WNS Values• Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changes• CII / III Certifications is desired
